Builds an EventProcessor with the given name, Configuration and EventHandlerInvoker.

Parameters:

name - a String specifying the name of the EventProcessor to create

configuration - the global Configuration the implementation may use to obtain dependencies

eventHandlerInvoker - the EventHandlerInvoker assigned to the EventProcessor to be created, used to invoke event handlers

an EventProcessor
