HandlerDefinitionFactoryBean Spring FactoryBean that creates a HandlerDefinition using configured HandlerDefinition and {@link HandlerEnhancerDefinition) beans (e.g. those configured in a Spring Application Context) and complements those found using a service loader on the Bean Class Loader.
